This herb infuser is designed to distribute flavour and aromas, is easy to use and perfect for infusing herbs and spices. It hooks onto the rim of the stewing pot while the ball hangs in the pot. It keeps all the herbs and spices together and is easy to remove after the infusion. Ideal for the herbs of bouquet-garni when making stews and sauces. This item can also be used under the running hot water of the bath to infuse herbs.
